Care Level 1 | A condition in which the person required help in all aspects of daily life (score > 95) |
Care Level 2 | A condition in which the person required help in most parts of daily life (75 ≤ score < 95) |

Care Level 4 | A condition in which the person required help in small parts of daily life (51 ≤ score < 60) |
